At Aviso Wealth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Wealth Consultants and Senior Investment Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide proactive and personalized support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our Wealth Consultants and Senior Investment Advisors to develop and execute business plans.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Wealth Consultants and Senior Investment Advisors, including coordinating client meetings, preparing documentation, and executing post-meeting work.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience: Relevant industry experience and Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification.
  • Registration: Must be registered with IIROC within 12-18 months if not currently registered.
