Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a physically demanding work schedule. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
