Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and supply chain management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic cash registers.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and may involve overtime.
