Position Overview

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within various facilities, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and recommend additional services needed, such as maintenance or renovations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleaning services.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information about facilities to clients and staff.
