Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties when necessary
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Provide essential information regarding facilities to clients
