Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Supervise and manage the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Prepare financial plans and cost projections for cleaning operations.
  • Suggest or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules for cleaning personnel.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness.
  • Provide essential information about facilities to clients.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Repetitive tasks may be required.
  • Physically demanding role involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
