About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Westman Facility Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other facility operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide Information: Provide basic information about our facilities to clients and visitors.
