About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure effective use of resources
  • Conduct regular infection control audits to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
