Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Pinedale Inn is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
  • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Supervise in-house laundry services and schedule duties for housekeeping staff
  • Conduct infection control audits and respond to guest complaints
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 housekeeping staff members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Work Environment:

Pinedale Inn is a 30-40 hour per week, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
