Are you prepared to enhance Coveo's expansion through strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)? As part of our dynamic growth, Coveo is in search of a results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager with a focus on sales. Reporting directly to the VP of Alliances and Partnerships for North America, you will spearhead the development and oversight of relationships with key ISV partners. This role involves engaging and promoting awareness among alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams.

Your Role in Growing ISV Channels for Coveo

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships while enhancing awareness of Coveo solutions among key stakeholders from ISVs, including alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams across North America.
  • Collaborating with Coveo's international alliances team to strategize efforts that extend our reach within ISVs and develop best practices for alliance engagement.
  • Working closely with Coveo product teams on potential ISV integration opportunities.
  • Coordinating and delivering sales, functional, and technical enablement with essential teams within our ISV partners.
  • Creating comprehensive follow-up campaigns in collaboration with marketing around events and webinars hosted, engaging with marketing to build programs aimed at generating a consistent sales pipeline over time.
  • Supporting the nurturing of the partner pipeline alongside inside sales and Coveo Account Executives to ensure it is properly qualified and ready for sales.
  • Encouraging partners and prospects to connect with Coveo at various events, which may involve travel 20%-30% of the time (e.g., virtual webinars, conferences, shows).
  • Regularly attending and presenting to diverse user groups within the partner ecosystems.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Extensive experience in a similar alliances role within SaaS, specifically within multiple ISV ecosystems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, Genesys, etc.).
  • Familiarity with our market and use cases for Commerce and Knowledge (Service, Websites, and Workplace).
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful channel/alliance strategies, securing senior management support, and enhancing vendor awareness within ecosystems.
  • A self-starter with a strong independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
