Position Overview:

As a Partnership Manager at TikTal, your main focus will be on sales and business development within the influencer marketing arena. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our presence in this vibrant field. We are looking for a skilled and driven individual with a successful history in sales, partnership management, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential business partners and clients in the influencer marketing space.
  • Develop and implement strategies to broaden our network and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Spot new sales opportunities, particularly brands eager to utilize influencer marketing.
  • Create and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet or surpass sales objectives.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong connections with current partners, influencers, and clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between our organization and partners, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance partner satisfaction and engagement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Regularly update senior management on partnership progress, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, ideally within the influencer marketing sector.
  • Experience working with clients in the USA.
  • Strong network and connections in the influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
