Position Overview:

As a Partnership Manager at TikTal, your main responsibility will be driving sales and business development within the influencer marketing arena. You will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, enhancing revenue streams, and broadening our market presence. We are looking for a driven and talented individual with a solid background in sales, partnership management, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue potential business partners and clients in the influencer marketing space.
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to grow our network and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the industry to foster collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Spot new sales opportunities, including brands eager to utilize influencer marketing for their offerings.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet or surpass sales objectives and revenue targets.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with current partners, influencers, and clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between our organization and our partners, ensuring their needs are addressed and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance partner satisfaction and engagement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Regularly update senior management on the status of partnerships, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, ideally within the influencer marketing sector.
  • Experience working with clients from the USA.
  • Strong network and connections within the influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently.
