- Regulatory Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all P3 projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the development of governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in all P3 initiatives.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of innovation within the P3 division, encouraging exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into Equans' P3 strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing P3 team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring team members are engaged and aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Technical expertise in CMMS.
- 5+ years of experience in digital solutions design or data analytics.
- Advanced certification in Power BI or similar tools preferred.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in managing large-scale P3 projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational oversight, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing P3s.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets.
