You will meet clients' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and advice/approaches.
You will negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria.
You will draw up business development plans and assist the Regional Vice-President in reaching objectives.
You will work with the Manager - Financing Solutions and actively participate to various networking activities.
You will work in synergy with all the other departments of the Bank.
Your team will be working in the Commercial Banking and Private Banking sector, supporting business clients.
You will be surrounded by an ecosystem of specialists, like financing solutions managers, who will help you offer the solutions that best suit our clients' needs.
Basic requirements:
* At least 5 to 9 years' experience in business development within the financial industry.
* University certificate and 9 years' experience.
* Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.
* Master's degree and 5 years' experience.
* Experience in sales and business development.
* Experience in analysis of financial statements.
* Experience in commercial credit.
* Network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies, an important asset.
