About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at South Seas Enterprises (2) Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to a team of 5-10 data entry clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, ensuring that all necessary information is included and deadlines are met.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, review their progress, and provide feedback to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the team's work.
  • Facilities Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed to ensure that the office is well-maintained and safe for employees.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure that the team's work is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
About You
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Personal Qualities: Judgement, Organized, Team player
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
