Office Coordinator

The role of the Office Coordinator at Matrix Drywall involves a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position
- Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Provide training and development for staff members.
- Establish and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Provide training to foster a welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities.
- Implement inclusive recruitment practices that accommodate diverse needs.
- Facilitate mentorship programs connecting newcomers with experienced staff.
- Conduct diversity training to promote an inclusive workplace.
- Offer mentorship and networking opportunities for young individuals.
- Provide training to create a welcoming atmosphere for youth.
- Deliver cultural competency training to enhance workplace inclusivity.
