We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Drywall. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff members on various topics, including accessible and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Develop and deliver cross-cultural training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Mentorship: Pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees through mentorship programs.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.

Requirements
