Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Stadium Operations team as Seasonal Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional fan experience by preparing event areas, the stadium, and the field for various events, meetings, and games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Tear Down: Assist in setting up and tearing down event areas, including rooms, tailgates, and stadium rentals.
  • Equipment Movement and Storage: Move and store equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, stages, podiums, bike racks, and other event-related items.
  • Field Maintenance: Paint and remove field markings, set up and tear down soccer nets, goal posts, benches, advertising boards, seats, and shelters.
  • Stadium Maintenance: Perform groundskeeping, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing tasks to maintain the stadium's appearance.
  • Small Repairs and Installations: Assist with small repairs and installations, such as fixing broken equipment or installing new signage.
  • Signage and Furniture Setup: Set up and take down signage, furniture, and other event-related items.
  • Snow Removal: Assist with snow removal using plows and shovels.
Requirements
  • Adaptability: Ability to work a highly variable schedule, including daytime, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to climb ladders, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and move continuously while working in all types of weather conditions.
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
