Operator - Production Team Member

About the Role

The Production Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. This includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment, including machinery and conveyor systems
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform general plant cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Relocation support is not available for this position
