Job Summary

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Stadium Operations team as a Seasonal Staff member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional fan experience by preparing event areas, the stadium, and the field for various events, meetings, and games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event setup and teardown of rooms, tailgates, and stadium rentals
  • Moving and arranging equipment, furniture, and signage
  • Field maintenance, including painting and removing field markings
  • Setting up and tearing down soccer nets, goal posts, benches, and advertising boards
  • Stadium maintenance, including groundskeeping, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing
  • Performing small repairs and installations
  • Assisting with snow removal and other weather-related tasks

Requirements

  • Ability to work a highly variable schedule, including daytime, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Adaptability to changing shifts and willingness to work overtime when required
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (minimum 50 pounds) and work on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to climb ladders, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and move continuously in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
