Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at BANH MI KING. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Team Supervision: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Decorating and Presentation: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Maintenance and Operations: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to ensure maximum visibility and appeal.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
