Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at CMI Concierge & Security Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal guest service delivery.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of guest services, including room assignments, check-in/check-out, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
