CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Mentor and train front desk staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all guest records, reports, and other documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
