Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Mentor and train front desk staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all guest records, reports, and other documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
