Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at CMI Concierge & Security Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries and requests
  • Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with the coordination of guest services, including room assignments and special requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
