About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at thyssenkrupp Materials CA Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and follow up on quotes for all products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist Outside Sales in obtaining customer forecasts and implementing firm metal agreements as needed.
  • Manage customer-specific inventories and continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or comparable experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working within an SAP system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective listening skills.
  • Preferred requirements: 1-2 years of sales experience and knowledge of raw materials.
