Position Overview

The role of the Food Services Manager at Jagga Sweets Ltd. involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary services, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage costs associated with products and services.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of more than 20 staff members across various responsibilities.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Engage in repetitive tasks that may be physically demanding.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.

Experience Requirements
