The Yellow Chili is seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Educate staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position operates in a **fast-paced environment** that requires the ability to work under pressure. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, necessitating a strong **attention to detail**.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: The position requires 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
