- Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Meal Preparation Planning: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of meal trays.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in food service management.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
