Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bola Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. dba Diamond Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demands and preferences
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to support menu offerings
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they meet our high standards
    • Coordinate staff schedules and rotations to ensure seamless service
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food meets our standards
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels and sales trends
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
