- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
