Senior Structural Engineer

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement structural design solutions for institutional and healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and consistency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to ensure project progress and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of building science, seismic, and construction techniques
- Experience with the National Building Code of Canada
- Excellent communication and project management skills
