Position Overview:

  • Articulate product attributes and advantages to prospective clients throughout the sales journey
  • Leverage targeted demographic analysis to discern customer requirements and inclinations
  • Spot and seize new sales prospects while fostering cross-selling opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive market and territory analysis to connect with specific demographics and enhance brand profitability
  • Exhibit proficient negotiation abilities to achieve elevated closing rates
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the Business Development Manager to fulfill client goals

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Proven persistence, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong empathy
