Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Number 7 Sales Ltd. as a key member of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and merchandised, with a focus on creating an engaging and welcoming environment for customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing training and development opportunities to help staff grow and succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
