Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Acuity Brands. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the building automation systems market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the channel sales ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide sales support and training to customers and partners to ensure successful adoption of our products and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the building automation systems or HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
