About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Acuity Brands. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the building automation systems market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the channel sales ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales support and training to customers and partners to ensure successful adoption of our products and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the building automation systems or HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
