Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Number 7 Sales Ltd. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
