Job Title: Account Management Representative

UPS Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Management Representative to join our team. As an Account Management Representative, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our customer business by identifying business needs, proactively contacting customers, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-board new customers, educate them on our products and services, and ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve problems, and ensure positive trending and profitability.
  • Monitor customer activity, identify penetration opportunities, and execute sales support and administration as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct regular account management calls to ensure our agreement continues to meet our customers' needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
