Our Growth and Opportunity

With our expertise in the animal food sector, we launched our own high-end brand, Oven-Baked Tradition, in 2006. Today, we offer a variety of 150 products sold in over 25 countries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and source new customer opportunities within the defined territory through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and developing sales solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals as determined monthly.
  • Gather and record all required customer information and store visit details into our CRM system.
  • Liaise with distributor representatives and the distributor order desk to determine the status of orders and build partnerships to grow overall sales.
  • Develop Sales Reports for the Sales Manager in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows and consumer events to promote Oven-Baked Tradition.
  • Organize and conduct Product Knowledge Sessions (Seminars) with distributor representatives and retail staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in the pet industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales representative position.
  • Availability to work in Ontario.
