Initially, Bio Biscuit focused on producing private-label products, leveraging our expertise in the animal food sector. In 2006, we launched our own high-end brand, Oven-Baked Tradition, which has since become a leading player in the market with over 150 products sold in more than 25 countries.

Our Challenge

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and sourcing new customer opportunities within the defined territory through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and needs assessment.
  • Meeting and exceeding established sales goals as determined monthly.
  • Gathering and recording all required customer information and store visit details into our CRM system.
  • Liaising with distributor representatives and the distributor order desk to determine order status and build partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Developing sales reports for the Sales Manager in the CRM system.
  • Attending trade shows and consumer events to promote Oven-Baked Tradition.
  • Organizing and conducting product knowledge sessions (seminars) with distributor representatives and retail staff.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in the pet industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales representative position.
  • Availability to work in Ontario.
