Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines is essential.
