Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service to Canadian Banking customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use your knowledge of our products and services to offer valuable advice and solutions to customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Identify customer banking needs and provide customized solutions, using accessible resources and navigating through multiple systems.
  • Respond to complaints and walk customers through basic troubleshooting or set up processes.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about customer service and have experience in customer-focused roles.
  • You are self-directed, performance-oriented, and able to resolve immediate customer enquiries.
  • You are comfortable connecting with customers over the telephone to make the customer experience uniquely personal and champion the Scotiabank brand.
  • You are fully bilingual in French and English.
