National Practice Leader, Contract Surety Expert

Aon is seeking a seasoned Contract Surety professional to lead our national construction risk management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Contract Surety portfolio, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute national business development strategies to cultivate revenue generation opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, and industry partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in Contract Surety, with a strong understanding of the Canadian market
- Proven track record of business development and relationship-building
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
