We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at iHaul Freight Limited. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to access to information and privacy legislation.
