Insurance Account Representative Job Description

We are an independently owned agency with a strong reputation for excellence in the insurance industry. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate insurance products effectively to clients
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and their benefits
  • Exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • OTL and/or LLQP License preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Sales experience an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
  • Diligent and hardworking
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills
