Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to all kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Menu Planning and Costing: Work with our culinary team to plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers, while also ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of all kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to our kitchen staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience working in commercial kitchens, with a minimum of 2-4 years as a First Cook or Sous Chef.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary arts degree or certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Valid Standard First Aid Certificate, with a clean abstract and a valid driver's license.
