About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates to maintain profitability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with the chef and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
