About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are prepared to a high standard.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

The primary language of communication for this role is English.
