About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CANESL INC. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as needed.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage the office environment to ensure a safe and healthy work space.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 month of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
