Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate operations across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
