This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and President, with the successful candidate overseeing daily operational functions, executing strategic plans, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Strategic Operations:
Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving service excellence, minimizing expenses, and fulfilling client expectations.
Financial Oversight:
Attain financial performance targets with an emphasis on gross profit margins.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with corporate headquarters on health and safety protocols, accounts receivable management, and information technology initiatives.
Performance Evaluation:
Assess key performance indicators and operational metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
Team Development:
Establish clear performance objectives and foster team growth.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: Over 10 years in the trailer and heavy-duty truck manufacturing and rental/leasing sectors, demonstrating proven leadership and management capabilities.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with trade certifications in highway trailers (310J) and trucks (310T). Proficient in process optimization and lean management practices.
Software Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications.
