Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Touchdown Canada Immigration. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the managerial methods and organization of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine the impact of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan and oversee the re-organization of operations
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance knowledge management and coaching
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Client-focused and organized with efficient time management skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
